2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Personal Use of Own Funds

All funds in your account must be money you are personally entitled to use. Playing with another person's money is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

On this service, you are not permitted to exploit software bugs or technical flaws, collude with others to cheat, use automated software (bots), or play on behalf of another person (multi-accounting).

3.1 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may hold only one active account at rm777 at a time. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of those accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds in them will be cancelled.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

The name, ID number, and bank account details provided at registration must be accurate. Any account found to be using false or impersonated information may be closed immediately upon discovery.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Methods

At rm777, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. rm777 is not responsible for incomplete deposits that have not been confirmed from the other side.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. Withdrawals will be sent back only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Financial Verification (KYC)

At the time of withdrawal, rm777 will verify the player's identity, and funds will only be released once verification is successful. A copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) and proof of payment method may be requested to complete the process.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at rm777 can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks; the bonus of 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks wagering must be completed before withdrawal. If you deposit 680,000 Ks, the maximum bonus is 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,180,000 Ks, with wagering of 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks required before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds require a wagering x20 before withdrawal. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any winnings earned from that bonus can be withdrawn. To illustrate — a bonus of 100,000 Ks requires 2,000,000 Ks in wagering before you can withdraw.

5.3 Situations Where Bonus Eligibility May Be Forfeited

• If it is found that one person is playing with two accounts, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is made before a deposit is completed, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• All bonus types are subject to review of the relevant terms and must be wagered within the specified wagering period.

The rm777 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As your play volume increases, your VIP level can advance, and your weekly cashback rate will increase accordingly.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated every Monday based on qualifying play from the previous week and credited to your account. Only games with a full bet conversion rate count toward cashback eligibility.
